About Granted Care

Granted Care was created to make primary care feel simpler, clearer, and more personal. The practice focuses on longer visits, direct access, transparent pricing, and care built around the patient instead of insurance paperwork.

The practice is led by Shaylah Grant, a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care, perioperative nursing, occupational health, and adult patient care.
